Musical theatre performances are powerful when song furthers both the character's journey and the play's central story.  This class takes the five W's (who, what, where, when and why) and applies them to song.  This class wil culminate in a final performance for friends and family.

This class is designed to be repeated.

After mastering Acting Through Song, the actor is ready to work on the text of a musical. Students will focus on duets and scenes from great musicals that transform into song, as if they were given the role to play. This class will culminate in a final performance for friends and family.

Prerequisite: Acting Through Song and Instructor Approval

In this advanced workout, students will be exposed to every key skill needed by the musical theater artist, from singing to acting to dancing. Every week is a different challenge - picking up dance styles and combinations, deepening acting techniques, musical solos, group numbers, and sight-reading. This class is an ongoing training ground for the serious triple threat student.

Prerequisite: Duets/ Scene Study and Instructor Approval
