We are creating an original play at Romona Elementary and looking for a lighting, sound, costume, and prop designers for the show in March of 2014. The school now has a brand new auditorium, for us to play in. There is a cast of 46 eager kids! This is process oriented, so your work would be more to highlight theirs than to have to create a whole design concept.
Ten Minute Plays has been very exciting! All of us have been learning a lot; there is so much to absorb. Everyone has been taking risks and making many discoveries as we dig deeper into the plays. Currently, right now we have been working on blocking. This is an amazing experience and I can hardly wait for the next Sunday! -- Ten Minute Play student Bernadett
Ten Minute Plays has been going great! Every Sunday we have been analyzing the scripts and finding new ways to approach them. Everyone is doing well and there is some really honest work happening. Ryan is an amazing director and knows exactly how to get each of these plays to where they need to be for the final reveal! He never tells us how to do something, instead he puts us in the mindset to accomplish a certain aspect of the scene. Can't wait for this Sunday! -- 10-Minute Plays Student Riley

I love this class. Every week is so great. This week we got to see a lot of the plays on their feet and see them brought to life. The group is incredible and we always have a great time. Can't wait for next week!
